My name is Amy Steffen. I am the Executive Director of Windsor Manor Grinnell and previously served as the Director of Health and Wellness. I am an LPN and have worked in health care for 20 years. My passion is helping people, and I enjoy assisting seniors and their loved ones with the transition from independent living to assisted living or memory care. It is such a gift to be able to spend time with our residents and hear their stories of the past and present.
In my free time, I enjoy diamond painting, home improvement, DIY projects, and spending time with my fiancée, friends, and family.
